Most green pools are blue again in 24 to 48 hours. A pool that's been dark green for months, or full of leaves, can take a few days of treating and filtering. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly how long yours will take.
No. As long as we can get to the pool and the pump, through a side gate, a gate code or a key safe, we'll get on with it. The Clearline Report tells you what we did and how the water tested.
The standard ones for South African pools: chlorine (or your salt chlorinator), pH adjusters, and clarifier or floc only when the water needs it. We test before we add anything, and the readings are in your report. If a chemical needs time before swimming, we'll tell you how long.
Yes. We check the salt level and the chlorinator cell along with the usual clean, and we'll tell you when the cell needs cleaning or replacing.
No. Weekly and fortnightly care run month to month. If you want to stop or pause for winter, send us a WhatsApp.
